Ozone Generation & Injection

The generation skid includes a high-concentration, modular Ultraqube (14 PPD) generator (10:1 turn down), a closed-loop chiller, and a destruct unit. Operating at high pressures, it allows direct injection into lines up to 30 psig. The automated skid manages ozone concentration, gas flow, and cooling. Oxygen is supplied via bottles. The injection train utilizes a side-stream booster pump, and venturi injector to introduce ozone under vacuum, followed by an inline static mixer for main-line integration.

Contact Chambers & Ozone Destruction

The system features a skid-mounted PVC serpentine contact vessel with multiple injection and sampling points to simulate various contact duration. Two ozone destruct units manage off-gas: one integrated for generator purging and one for contactor residuals. Both units utilize atmospheric pressure differentials for motive force, discharging safely to the atmosphere without the need for blowers.

Housing Option & Analytics

The equipment can be  housed in a 15’ x 8’ air-conditioned trailer, with an additional container for the serpentine reactor. For monitoring, two Hach dissolved residual ozone analyzers provide continuous data. One monitors the contactor inlet, while the other connects to a manifold to sample various points throughout the vessel. All analyzer drains are directed to a manual 5-gallon collection bucket.
